I-95 CAP Pre-Construction Boards – Tuesday, April 18, 2023

A pre-construction meeting was held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, by PennDOT, the City of Philadelphia, and the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation, to share about the upcoming construction and traffic impacts of the I-95 Central Access Philadelphia (CAP) project.
