I-95 CAP Update: Market Street Ramp to I-95 will be Closed
The Market Street Ramp to I-95 will be closed from September 11 to September 22 because the Philadelphia Water Department is conducting sewer improvements. To reach I-95, use southbound Columbus Boulevard and the Morris Street Ramp.

PennDot is replacing and expanding the covered section of I-95 at Penn’s Landing along the Waterfront in Center City Philadelphia under the department’s $329 million I-95/CAP project. The two main components of this project are the construction of a new 11.5-acre Park at Penn’s Landing and a new South Street pedestrian bridge.
